I recently spent some time with my friend Bob and his crew at Skylab Letterpress. Bob has done some work for me in the past. I have never met someone with an eye for and commitment to quality quite like Bob. Every single job that leaves his shop is basically perfect. His many happy and long-time clients will all attest to this fact.
A while back, I had this thought about the fact that companies are groups of individual people, and they should represent themselves as such. Aren’t you WAY more interested in a product when you’ve shook the hand that created it? Don’t you want to know the story of the person who dreamt it then made it a reality?
Rather than just selling products, tell your story.
